THE REGENTS ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (RALI)

TBR SPONSORED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Regents Academic Leadership Institute (RALI) is a year-long leadership development program designed to provide ongoing support to academic leaders at all TBR colleges and universities.  RALI is dedicated to developing a network of problem solvers on all 19 TBR colleges and universities that will work together to produce quality programs.  RALI will prepare individuals to step into leadership roles to support TBR strategic planning priorities identify as:
